1967 Hoyt Wilhelm Chicago White Sox Game Worn Home Jersey (MEARS LOA)

Offered is a Chicago White Sox home jersey dating to circa Hoyt Wilhelm's 1967 season with the team. Wilson size 44 tag and strip reading "67 Set 1" sewn to tail while "Sox", number 31 and "Wilhelm" are also sewn to the jersey, though the name on back has been restored. Removal of supplemental tagging in collar combined with restored name on back indicated jersey likely saw extended organizational use at some point following its original 1967 issuance. Heavy wear.
