While never worn by a Pittsburgh Steelers member, this helmet is styled after what John Henry Johnson donned in the 1960s with the Steelers.

The black exterior has a mustard yellow center stripe and "35" stickered on front. The inside has "Super Aire Guard Vinyl" padding and a name written.

A Rawlings chinstrap and single-bar facemask are featured on front.
