John F. Kennedy was one of our country's most popular Presidents. It was JFK who helped lead our country during a tumultuous period and would have most likely enjoyed two stints if he hadn't been cut down in Dallas in 1963.
JFK autographs are among the most coveted in the collecting world. While he signed his name, a multitude of autopen and secretarial signatures have surfaced into the collecting world. To find a true Kennedy autograph is a supreme challenge for collectors.
What catapults this Kennedy penning into the top tier is that it also includes his wife Jacqueline's autograph as well. The offered 15" x 12" makeshift display contains autographs of John, Jackie, John's cousin Dolly and three other people. A typed letter reveals the following on the bottom left corner: "Received these sigantures of the Kennedy's when I worked on a reception for them at the YWCA during the first state primary Vicki Van Galder." We believe this was signed in 1960 when JFK was on the campaign trail.
A Kennedy for President pin, photo "KENNEDY" and "FOR PRESIDENT" are built into the hand made sign. The strength of the Kennedy is among the finest known. Ballpoint ink was the instrument of choice for all particpants. The Jackie penning is free flowing and bold as well.
Simply the best of best from Camelot relived.
