Beloved children's puppet Howdy Doody and his friends Mr. Bluster, Clarabell, Princess Summerfall-Winterspring and Dilly Dally were subject of numerous toys and collectibles. One such item, as up for auction here, finds the quintet subject of 4" plastic movable mouth "talking" toys. The clown, Clarabell, does not talk. Instead, the figure serves as a whistle.
