1950's Boston Red Sox #49 Organizational Road Jersey (MEARS LOA)

Offered is a Boston Red Sox organization road jersey dating to circa the 1950's. Tim McAuliffe and size 44 tags sewn to tail while "Boston", number 49 and an American League Golden Anniversary patch are also sewn to the grey flannel jersey, though none of the applique is original to the jersey with outlines of a removed emblem on the left chest, removed numerals on the reverse and removed patches on the left sleeve.
