Offered is a 1940's Melvin Purvis (d.1960) Addressed Envelope. Melvin Purvis was an FBI agent in the 1927-1935 and became known for his pursuit of Baby Face Nelson, Pretty Boy Floyd and John Dillinger. During WWII he was a member of the U.S. Army.
