Offered is an aluminum cast axe featuring the profile of 1st President of the United States of America George Washington in the blade with embossed test reading "Washington President Inaugurated Apr. 30, 1789" on the handle. Measures approximately 11.5" long with a pair of mounting holes along the top. Likely produced circa the Centennial in 1876. (55E0016)
