Offered for sale is an unusual Infantrymans sword complete with scabbard. It is an unusual type that is for sure. The overall length of the sword is about 32 inches. The length of the blade itself is about 25 1/2 inches. The end of the scabbard has what looks like a HH inside of a circle. The blade itself has a crown and what looks like a crown and an H inside of a circle. The other side of the blade has what looks like a double H inside of a circle. I believe it to be European but I am not sure exactly what country. It remains in good shape. The blade itself in in slightly better shape then the scabbard. It just looks like this piece actually got some use rather then sitting on a shelf, nothing serious. (66T0032)
