Offered is a professional model S2 Hank Thompson H&B Louisville Slugger dating to his tenure with the New York Giants circa 1950-56. Bat currently measures 34.5", weighs 33.5 ounces and shows heavy use with ball marks, stitch marks, cleat marks, deadwood through the barrel, a cracked handle repaired with two period nails, removed handle tape, a chipped knob and what appears to be a mounting hole on the barrel's end.
