1974 Steve Stone Chicago Cubs Game Worn Home Jersey (MEARS A10)

Offered is a Chicago Cubs home jersey dating to circa Steve Stone's 1974 season with the team. Wilson size 42 tag & strip reading "30 73 2 42" sewn in collar with a 73 year tag sewn to the tail while a circular Cubs logo, number 30 & a Cubbie Bear logo patch are also sewn to the blue pinstriped white knit pullover. Jersey was originally issued for the 1973 season, though no Cubs coach or player was rostered as number 30 during the 1973 season, so it was likely carried over for wear by Stone during the subsequent 1974 season.
