1963 Jay Hankins Kansas City Athletics Restored Jersey Vest (MEARS A5) First Season Yellow/Green Style  

Offered is a Kansas City Athletics jersey vest dating to the team's first season with their iconic yellow/green color scheme in 1963. Wilson size 40 tag sewn to tail with a strip reading "Set 3 63" while "A", number 9 and "Jay" are also sewn to the vest. Tagging is original, though all applique has been restored with the outline of previous application visible. Number 9 appears to be period, while the "A" and "Jay" are newer material. Heavy wear with a a couple small team repairs present. MEARS A5. (46V0010)
