Puma, size 50 +4 body & 99-00 tags sewn to tail while "Cavs", number 4 & "Kemp" are also sewn to the white mesh jersey. Neither the name nor number are original to the jersey with the outline of previously applied name & number still visible, as such wear by or issuance to Kemp cannot be confirmed.
