Offered is a Green Bay Packers home jersey likely dating to circa Perry Smith's 1976 season with the team. Medalist Sand Knit and size 44 tags sewn to tail with size 44 & "REG" tags sewn in the collar while number 45 is screened to the front, back and sleeves of the green mesh jersey. No nameplate present on reverse. Minimal wear shown with the outline of a removed exclusive tag on the tail. (63M0074)
