For the collector seeking the superlative Ruth / Gehrig signed baseball display, we have it for this lot!!!. Our consignor, who thought sharing his collection via a first class display would add to the experience of collecting. First, he went out and bought a vintage, 1920s baseball signed by both Babe Ruth and Lou Gehrig. The autographs have been authenticated by PSA and a full letter is included with the lot. To enhance the collecting experience, period, 1920s vintage Babe Ruth and Lou Gehrig bats were obtained. Each bat is the same model as used by the player, and supplied by the Louisville Slugger company. The ball itself is on a rotating pedestal, which when activated, also a 360 degree panoramic view of the ball, truly first class.
