Mitchell & Ness Cooperstown Collection tag sewn to tail along with a strip reading "1976 Tim McCarver" while a size 44 tag is sewn in the collar with the original retail hang tag also present. A "P" logo, number 11, a "McCarver" nameplate, a National League Centennial patch and a Philadelphia 76 patch are sewn to the maroon pinstriped white knit jersey at various points. (75C0015)
