Offered is a 1968 Charlie McCarthy 30" doll with original box by Juro Toys. MCcarthy, created by Edward Bergen was a popular puppet that performed on radio from 1937 to 1956 and then on film until their last performance in 1979 in the Muppet Movie. The original Charlie McCarthy is in the Smithsonian Museum. This doll is in excellent condition with minimal wear. The original box is in VG-EX with minimal creasing throughout. (D0224, 9223)
