Bobbing heads first gained popularity in the 1960s. Unfortunately, most people put them in the back of their cars which led to their material demise. Of course this makes high grade exemplars extremely collectible.
Produced between 1961-63 is this square base nodder. This little guy rates about GD with a few small hairlines on the helmet and material loss on the underside of the head. There is a hairline on the left side and a few cracks on the bottom. The "00" appears to have been repainted.
