Offered is a Cleveland Indians road jersey dating to Sandy Alomar's 1990 AL Rookie of the Year season with the club. Rawlings size 44 tag sewn in collar with a set 1 1989 flag tag whule "Cleveland", number 15, an "Alomar" nameplate and a team logo patch are also sewn to the grey knit jersey. Two players wore number 15 briefly for the Indians in 1989 but we could find no visible evidence of nameplate removal so it is the opinion of MEARS this was likely a 1989 shell which was carried over for issuance to and use by Alomar in 1990. Heavy wear shown. (89R0806)
