Offered is a Notre Dame Fighting Irish football helmet dating to circa the 1950's. Helmet is painted gold with a Rawlings manufacturer stamp visible on front of helmet & additional stampings present on the reverse. Interior features original front, back and top padding, though the ear pads have been removed and it appears as though the Riddell brand facemask is a replacement. Heavy use shown with a crack to the right ear piece. Helmet was sourced from a Notre Dame alumnus. (79G0164)
