Offered is a Chicago White Sox road jersey which was issued to Bo Jackson for use during the 1992 season, though he did not take the field that year due to hip replacement surgery necessitated by his "off season hobby" of playing running back for the Oakland Raiders. Russell Athletic MLB Diamond Collection size 48 tag sewn to the tail of this grey knit button up along with a 2" Extra Body Length flag tag and a strip reading "92 Set 1". "Chicago", uniform number 8 and "Jackson" are sewn to the jersey in black on white double tackle twill while a team logo patch is sewn on the left sleeve along with an embroidered black diamond in memoriam of front office employees who had passed away prior to the season. Jackson has also signed the jersey in black marker with PSA/DNA hologram & COA card U88708 attending to verify the authenticity of the signature. The jersey does show light wear so it is possible it was carried over for use by Jackson during his 1993 comeback season. (68V0094)
