Offered is a Chicago White Sox home uniform dating to circa 1959. Wilson size 44 tag & "1959-1" sewn to tail with a strip reading "E. Torgeson" sewn in the collar while "Sox" & number 57 are also sewn to the black pinstriped white flannel jersey. Number has been changed as Torgeson wore #17 in 1959 along with "Boyer" handwritten in the collar indicates jersey saw extended organizational use after 1959, likely by John Boyer of the White Sox Midwest League affiliate Clinton team in 1961. Pants are Wilson size 38 with strips reading "R. Jackson" & "1959-2" sewn in the waistband. Additional letter from Global Authentication will also attend. Heavy wear. (31G0311)
