Offered is a batting glove likely dating to Rod Carew's tenure with the Minnesota Twins circa 1976-77. Carew has signed the thumb in black marker with a silver marker autograph & inscription reading "6/26/77 Grand Slam HR". Examination of Carew's batting record confirms he hit a home run on 6/26/77, but it was only a two run shot. He did hit a grand slam on 6/26/76 however. Heavy wear shown. (22X0287)
