Offered is the original art depicting Hall of Fame New York Yankees slugger Reggie Jackson which was used to produce the cover of the May 5th 1979 issue of The Sporting News. Jackson has signed the piece in blue marker along with inscriptions reading "5-5-79 Cover Art The Sporting News", "Mr. October" & "563 HR's". Art itself measures approximately 16" x 20" & is signed by the artist. 23" x 26" framed. (22X0204)
