Offered is a 1947 Joe Louis vs Jersey Joe Walcott Carmel-Hollywood 8mm Film. The film documents the controversial December 1947 fight between Walcott and Louis. Louis won a 15-round decision in which he struggled to counter Walcott’s unorthodox style. Louis was knocked down in the first and fourth rounds, and many believed he had lost the fight. A rematch was followed in 1948.
