Offered is a 1924 Paris Olympic High-Grade 2 1/4" Participation Medal. During these games, Johnny Weissmuller won three gold medals in swimming and one bronze in water polo. The 1981 "Chariots of Fire" film was based on the story of two athletes in the 1924 Olympics: Eric Liddell, a devout Scottish Christian who runs for the glory of God, and Harold Abrahams, an English Jew who runs to overcome prejudice.
