Offered is a program from the Green Bay Packers 21-16 victory over their longtime rival Chicago Bears on September 24 of their 1939 NFL Championship season in front of a crowd of 19,192 at City Stadium. Green Bay would do all their damage in the third quarter with Cecil Isbell & Clarke Hinkle each rushing for a touchdown and Tom Greenfield returning a fumble for the decisive score.
