Offered is a professional model S318 Juan Samuel game used Louisville Slugger dating to the outset of his career with the Philadelphia Phillies circa 1984-85. Samuel's uniform number 8 is written on the knob in black marker while Juan has signed the barrel in blue marker with a "To Carl Best Wishes" inscription. Bat currently measures 35", weighs 32.5 ounces and shows light use with ball marks, bat rack marks, pine tar and handle tape. Handle remains uncracked. (00B0093, 4491)
