Donnie Dunagan was born in depression era Texas and found early success in the movie industry. The blonde moppet made his film debut in “Mother Carey’s Chickens” (1938) and played Peter in the “Son of Frankenstein” (1939). On February 9th, 2015, Mr. Dunagan completed a private signing with the expert staff of MEARS at his Texas home. To memorialize the signing, Mr. Dunagan signed the high quality image featuring Boris Karloff and Frankenstein. This movie and photo is very important in the Universal Monster, and the image selected is one of the finest known examples from the film. Dunagan added his character name, "Peter Von Frankenstein" with each signature.
