Offered is a professional model C271L Louisville Slugger dating to Alex Rodriguez's final game of his MLB career with the New York Yankees on August 12, 2016. Bat currently measures 34", weighs 31.5 ounces and shows heavy use with ball marks, stitch marks, bat rack marks, cleat marks, grain swelling and pine tar. Handle remains uncracked. Rodriguez has also signed the barrel in silver marker with a "Final Game 8.12.16." inscription. MLB hologram JB422985 affixed to barrel indicating bat was used by Rodriguez during a 4th inning ground out (his 2nd at bat of the game & 3rd to last at bat of his career) against Chris Archer. Steiner hologram & COA attesting the same will also attend. Bat receives 5 points for matching player records, 3 points for heavy use and 2 points for provenance resulting in a grade of MEARS A10.
