Offered is a San Diego Chargers practice jersey dating to Darryll Lewis tenure with the team circa 1999-2000. No manufacturer size/tag present, though Adidas logo patches are sewn to each sleeve while number 26 is applied to the front, back and sleeves of the jersey along with a "Lewis" nameplate sewn to the reverse. Heavy wear with repairs, fabric fading and the outline of a previously applied nameplate visible. PSA/DNA hologram N55333 & label reading "NA159901 Chargers - Lewsi #26 practice worn jersey" affixed.
