Offered is a 28" x 32" framed display capturing the historic moment when near-death Hall of Fame slugger Babe Ruth presented a copy of his "The Babe Ruth Story" memoir to the Yale University Library. On hand to receive the manuscript on behalf of the University was the baseball team captain, slick fielding first sacker George HW Bush who would famously go on to become the 41st President of the United States. Photo of the Babe & Bush has been signed in black marker by Bush with a quartet of trading cards and an informational plaque rounding out the display.
