Offered is a Mitch Williams #28 Philadelphia Phillies Nostalgia Night home uniform dating to June 16, 1991 vs the Cincinnati Reds. Included are Williams’ jersey, pants, socks/stirrups, and belt. 1961 style uniform made by Rawlings. The jersey has a Rawlings size 48 tag sewn in tail along with a strip tag reading “1991 Nostalgia Game Special”. A “Williams” strip tag is also in the neck. Williams’ number “28” is sewn on the back in red felt. "Phillies" is sewn on the front in the same felt material. Hand signed by Williams on the front left tail in black sharpie. A PSA/DNA COA and matching sticker come with the autograph on the jersey.
The Rawlings size 32 pants have a strip tag in the waistband that reads “1991 Nostalgia Special” “Williams”. The socks/stirrips has Williams number “28” written in black marker. Exhibits light wear. Comes with a letter from Dave Miedema. This lot also comes with a June 16, 1991 scorecard from Nostalgia Night, 2 tickets stubs, as well as a snapshot of the pre-game ceremony. (07I0070)
