Offered is a pullover Atlanta Braves home jersey which was donned by All Star Dale Murphy during his 1985 campaign with the club. In addition to being voted a starter and batting cleanup for the National League in the Midsummer's Classic he also lead the league in games played (162), plate appearances (712), runs scored (118), home runs (37), walks (90) and received both a Gold Glove and Silver Slugger at the conclusion of the season. Wilson size 44 tag sewn in the collar while an 85 box tag is sewn to the outside tail to indicate the year of issue. Team name and number sewn to jersey in blue on white double tackle twill with red outline stitching while the name is sewn to the reverse via nameplate. A 20th Season in Atlanta commemorative patch is also sewn to the left sleeve. Light use shown. Final Grade (MEARS A6). Four points were subtracted for light use. (55I0273)
