1984 Luke Appling Atlanta Braves Game Worn Uniform w/ Batting Practice Jersey, Pants & Cap (MEARS LOA)

Offered is an Atlanta Braves uniform dating to Hall of Famer Luke Appling's time as an instructor in the organization circa 1984. Included are a blue Majestic batting practice jersey with "Braves", number 74 and "Appling" sewn in white tackle twill, a pair of light blue Wilson size 40 uniform pants with Appling's number 74 written on the tag & a strip tag reading "25 84" sewn adjacently, and a New Era size 7 1/4 cap with "(74) LA" handwritten on the underside of the brim. Moderate to heavy wear shown to all elements with some staining. (80H0420)
