Offered is a Chicago White Sox home jersey dating to Floyd Bannister's 1983 season with the team. Medalist Sand Knit size 44 & exclusive tags sewn to tail with strips reading "83 44" & "Bannister" sewn in the tail while "Sox", number 24, "Bannister" & a 1983 All Star Game 50th Anniversary patch are also sewn to the white knit pullover. Outline of removed nameplate on reverse indicating jersey likely saw extended organizational use (-2) following the 1983 season. Heavy wear. MEARS A8. (32H0094)
