Attributed to Lynn Boden. A "60" decal is visible on the inside and "60" is stickered as well. "7 5/8" is written on the inner ear hole. Both leather jaw pads are in place. Heavy scratches and abrasions are found on the midnight navy shell. White and orange Bears decals are visible on the side.

A three bar slanted facemask, surely used by a lineman, is firmly secured on front.
