Offered is an Atlanta Braves home jersey dating to their 1976 season. Wilson size 46 tag sewn in collar with a strip reading "76 46" while "Braves", number 17 and a 1976 NL Centennial Patch are also sewn to the red pinstriped white knit pullover. Number 17 is not original to jersey with the outline of what appears to be number 32 still visible. Andy Messersmith wore number 17 for the Braves in 1976 with Earl Williams & Pete Varney each wearing number 32. No name on back nor does it appear as though one was ever present. Heavy wear shown with staining/discoloration. (97Y0118, 3111)
