Offered is a professional model Mike Schmidt game used H&B Louisville Slugger dating to circa his 1975 season with the Philadelphia Phillies. Model P89 stamped on knob along with Schmidt's uniform number 20 written in faded black marker and "Roman 9" written in red marker indicating likely multi player use. Bat currently measures 36", weighs 33.5 ounces and shows heavy use with ball marks, stitch marks, bat rack marks, pine tar, grain swelling and a slight handle crack. Bat is also accompanied by a letter of provenance from sports photographer Robert Bartosz. Bat receives 5 points for matching player records, 3 points for heavy use and 2 points for provenance with a 1 point deduction for multi player use. Final Grade MEARS A9. (14P0227)
