1971 Mike Ditka Dallas Cowboys Game Worn Brooks Cleats (MEARS LOA/Dan Reeves Letter)

Offered are a pair of Brooks Athletic Shoes Philadelphia football cleats dating to circa Mike Ditka's 1971 season with the Dallas Cowboys. Cleats were originally donated to the 2005 Atlanta Boys and Girls Club Sports Memorabilia Auction by Ditka's 1971 Cowboys teammate Dan Reeves, with a letter signed by Reeves and authenticated by JSA (CC57340) also attending. No player ID present on cleats, so attribution is made solely via Reeves letter. Heavy wear with white paint around the ankles. (54D0250)
