Offered is a Toots Shor luncheon menu dated May 15, 1967 which has been signed on the reverse, along with an inscription reading "To Arnold My Best Wishes Your Pal", by Hall of Fame New York Yankees slugger Mickey Mantle, New York City restaurateur Toots Shor and journalist/author Earl Wilson, who wrote the unauthorized biography of Frank Sinatra. "500 HR May 14, 1967" also handwritten in lower right corner of reverse. Some staining present, though nothing which affects the signatures.

Given the menu is dated for use during the May 15th luncheon, it would have likely been printed and on hand at Toots Shor's restaurant by the evening of the 14th. With Mantle knocking his 500th career home run earlier that day, and the Yankees having an off day on the 15th, it is entirely plausible that this menu was signed by Mantle while carousing in celebration of his recently accomplished career milestone.
