Offered is a game worn football jersey likely dating to circa the 1960's. Powers size 42 & laundry tags sewn to tail while number 28 is sewn to the front, back and sleeves of the white durene jersey in black tackle twill. Jersey is reminiscent of those worn by the Pittsburgh Steelers circa 1966-67 though previously examined on field examples were manufactured by Rawlings and had yellow collars matching the shoulders as opposed to the black collar found on this jersey. Moderate to heavy wear shown with custom cut sleeves and a small tear near the collar. (99A0318)
