Offered is a press book dating to the Green Bay Packers 1940 season. Cover features a football design with text reading "Wisconsin's Football Team" & "World Champions" with a series of five flags containing the years of the Packers' past Championships. Underside of "1940 Press Book" flap reads "The Only Community Owned Team in the National Football League". Press book itself contains approximately 46 pages with a team roster, player capsules, a page of "Packer Players' Thrills" and other franchise & league information. Excellent overall condition with some edge wear and a small area of discoloration near the word "Press" on the cover. (02D0650)
