Offered is a rare exhibition game full ticket originating from the October 19th stop in Longview Texas on the 1935 barnstorming tour of legendary St. Louis Cardinals Gashouse Gang hurlers Dizzy & Paul Dean. Local accounts indicate that 1,500 fans packed the Fair Park stands in Longview while Dizzy "pitched as beautiful a brand of baseball as the customers could ask for, and gave them the show they came to see" as "the bragging, boasting Dean struck out seven batters, collected himself a hit, stole three bases and made one sacrifice." Ticket remains in very good overall condition with the only blemish being some fading/water damage along the edge. (00B0101)
