Offered is a professional model Hal Rhyne game used H&B Louisville Slugger dating to the label period encompassing his time with the Pittsburgh Pirates (1926-27) and Boston Red Sox (1929-31). Bat currently measures 35", weighs 38 ounces and shows heavy use with a cracked handle & deadwood through the barrel which have been repaired with 25 period nails. Some sidewriting appears to have been present at one point though it is no longer legible. (02D0578)
