Offered is a professional model Ty Cobb H&B Louisville Slugger dating to the label period encompassing his time with the Detroit Tigers (1921-26) and Philadelphia Athletics (1927-28). Bat currently measures 35", weighs 40 ounces and shows heavy use with ball marks, stitch marks and grain swelling through the barrel. Final Grade (MEARS A7.5). Base grade 5 points for bat being consistent with known Cobb bats with respect to length, weight, and model. Three points for heavy game use, minus 1/2 point for light centerbrand stamping (13O0511)
