Offered for sale is an original United States Army 1872 infantry blue dress uniform tunic. The tunic has 9 federal eagle buttons down the front and the buttons aren’t marked on the back. The tunic remains in good solid shape with no issues that I can see. There is no maker mark or label in the tunic. When I measure from armpit to armpit I get about 18 inches and when I measure from the top of the shoulder seam to the end of the cuff I get about 26 inches.
